Florencio Villatoro's El Diamante is nestled in the famed Huehuetenango department of Guatemala. Coffee is a family affair here and the Villatoros have an exceptional name in it. At a young age, Florencio was gifted a coffee nursery and a small lot of coffee to work. This sparked a life long career of producing coffee along with his brothers. They now all have farms and families of their own and are consistently producing award winning coffees. El Diamante is no exception to this prestige. Given a 36 hour fermentation and a 10-14 day patio dry, El Diamante sparkles with a lime like acidity, balanced with a creamy and sweet mouthfeel. A refined and exquisite coffee ready to shine some light on your day.
