Produced by a cooperative of twenty eight farms surrounding Laguna de Ayarza, this fully natural coffee is meticulously. processed allowing for a truly unique cup. Cooperativa El Porvenir selects deeply fruited coffee and amplifies the coffee's wine-like characteristics using natural processing to ultimately create a drink designed to showcase fruit, body, and sweetness. The hard work of this cooperative results in the coffee having defined notes of fresh strawberry, blueberries, and a creamy mouth feel.
