Puebla Regional

The Puebla Regional is the neighboring coffee to our VCR. The objective is to highlight the consistency of flavors that come out of this region, while maintaining a direct line of importing from Puebla to Austin. This mixed varietal offering comes from our partner mill, APG Specialty Coffee. Located in Coatepec, APG controls all the cherry processing from various small holders to compose this coffee. This allows for exact control over fermentation times and the quality of coffee. Expect consistent comfort cups from Puebla Regional, with an emphasis on chocolate notes with a light amount of caramel and almond. An excellent choice for cold brewing or a mellow daily cup.
