Produced at the Finca Belén, producer Miguel Acevedo grows one of the most interesting varietals of coffee that we've come across yet. Known simply as "Indiana" this varietal has been on our must buy list for a while. The Indiana lineage is a cross between 4 different Ethiopian heirloom varietals and currently Acevedo has a small plot of 500 Indiana plants at Finca Belén. This year's offering is quite limited and showcases Belén's ability to produce a flavorful and balanced natural coffee utilizing this completely unique varietal.
