Grown in the small municipality of Coatepec, Veracruz, this fresh crop showcases how beautiful coffee from Mexico can truly be. Coatepec is a city with coffee embedded in its cultural fabric. Finca Fatima is a small family farm and mill located on the outskirts of the city, where young produce Ernesto Perez has taken over management of the farm. Ernesto is going to fantastic lengths to drive the region further towards high quality specialty production, extend the availability and reach of specialty processing within his community, and bring greater overall visibility to Mexican coffee. This 100% Garnica lot goes through an extended, 72 hour fermentation in concrete tanks that showcases both thoughtful growing and processing.
