Buku Sayisa, translated as "blessed valley", is located in one of the highest elevation coffee growing regions in Ethiopia. Placed within Hambela Wamena, in the famed western Guji zone, Buku Sayisa processes some of the best coffee to come out of Ethiopia. Employing traditional raised beds and sun drying, this naturally processed coffee bursts with refined expression. Holding true to the classic Ethiopian natural profile, this coffee showcases a refined blueberry fruit note with base notes of terroir expressive varietal traits including jasmine and fresh flowers. Extremely well picked and meticulously processed from a variety of small-holder producers in the immediate region, this coffee is sure to bring blessings year round.
