In Colombia small-holder producers commonly produce exceptional lots of coffee that are simply not big enough to export. Las Perlitas aka “little pearls” is the solution to that problem. An export lot composed of micro-lots, Las Perlitas is created from producers and varietals found all around Huila. The selection process for Las Perlitas centers around cup score, flavor profile and quality. Citrus and floral notes are backed up by a syrupy mouthfeel to produce an elevated Huila profile that we are excited to showcase.
