Angel Mass is our signature roast aimed towards. adeep caramelization of one of our production coffees. This year's selection comes from our Peru Ukuku. The change in roast style augments this coffee towards the richer end of the flavor spectrum. Expect this coffee to have a heavier mouthfeel than its standard roast and beautifully accompanied notes of rich chocolates and deeply sugared fruits. Perfect for those crisp mornings as a drip cup or a deeply sugared shot of espresso.
